We are a female-founded, sister and family-run bakery with a dedicated focus to creating authentic and beautiful Latin desserts made from our traditional family recipes. What started out as a hobby and passion for quality desserts has grown into a full-time bakery with our first brick and mortar opening in late February/early March 2020!
Dulceology is an artisan bakery specializing in handcrafted Alfajores and Latin sweets for personal and corporate gifts. Our signature product is the Alfajor, a dulce de leche sandwich cookie.

We ship nationwide and do local deliveries (DMV). All of our products can be customized, and can include a gift message note as well.
